Finance Graduate Trainee – Riyada Finance Launchpad

About the role

The Riyada Finance Launchpad is a six‑month, intensive training programme designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders in Oman. As a Finance Graduate Trainee you will gain hands‑on experience across core finance functions while working within Biyaq Oilfield Services’ finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Assist in processing invoices, reconciliations and month‑end closing tasks.
• Learn and operate the SAP Business One ERP system.
• Collaborate with senior finance mentors on real‑world financial projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong academic record and a demonstrable passion for finance.
• Preference given to ACCA candidates.
• Detail‑oriented, hard‑working and analytical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and an Omani national.
