Manager / Senior Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management

About the role

The Manager / Senior Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management will support Asyad Group in overseeing the performance of its portfolio companies and strategic investments. The role focuses on asset‑level monitoring, financial and operational analysis, and driving value‑creation initiatives across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio companies against budgets (revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, capex) and flag risks or variances.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly review packs, dashboards, and board reporting materials.
• Review and challenge annual business plans, forecasts, and financial assumptions.
• Conduct detailed financial performance analysis, including margins, cost structures, working capital, and capital efficiency.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision‑making.
• Identify and quantify value‑creation opportunities (growth, cost optimisation, operational efficiency).
• Support turnaround initiatives for under‑performing assets with structured action plans.
• Prepare shareholder materials, monitor governance actions, and address reporting gaps.
• Assess capital structure, funding needs, and support restructuring, follow‑on investments, and divestments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with solid experience in financial due diligence.
• Proven ability to work with business units, finance teams, and senior management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
