Account Manager – Grocery

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead our strategic grocery partnerships. You will be responsible for driving commercial growth, managing key retail relationships, and ensuring long‑term success of our grocery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic grocery partners, delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Develop and execute growth plans focused on GMV, revenue, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Build executive‑level relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and identify mutual growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on commissions, promotions, AdTech investments, and annual business plans.
• Identify assortment expansion opportunities and introduce exclusive product ranges.
• Design joint promotional calendars and drive AdTech adoption with retail media campaigns.
• Monitor partner performance through commercial analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coach Category Executives on partner management and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to execute initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Category Management, Key Account Management, Business Development or Retail Partnerships within grocery, retail, Q‑Commerce or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of managing strategic retail partners and delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management and business judgment.
• Experience developing joint business plans and executing growth strategies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
