Audit Associate – Oman

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in Oman. You will work on delivering high‑quality audits, applying global audit imperatives and Deloitte’s methodology to help clients meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess audit and risk advisory priorities in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Apply relevant accounting standards and perform risk‑assessment procedures to detect material misstatements.
• Deliver audits using Deloitte’s tools, methodology, and guidance to ensure timely and informative outputs.
• Formulate professional judgments and conclusions while complying with auditing, accounting, legal, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, auditing or a related field.
• Relevant work experience such as internships, summer positions, or school jobs.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English.
