About the role

Deloitte Oman is offering a structured internship in Audit & Assurance. This opportunity allows you to gain hands‑on experience supporting external audit engagements while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in performing analytical reviews of audit documentation.
• Review client accounting procedures, operating systems and internal controls.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and conduct research to resolve them.
• Provide recommendations to improve controls and increase business efficiency.
• Apply AI‑enabled tools responsibly, ensuring confidentiality and ethical use.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work with professionals at all levels.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing); bilingual candidates are preferred.
