Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day activities in our fabrication yard. The role oversees structural fabrication, fit‑up, welding, assembly and erection of modules and jackets, ensuring work follows approved drawings and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily yard operations including structural fabrication, fit‑up, welding, assembly, erection, outfitting and pre‑commissioning.
• Coordinate with the planning team to align work with schedule, securing latest drawings, materials, manpower and equipment.
• Monitor workforce productivity, optimise resource deployment and remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved WPS/PQR, and QA/QC procedures; liaise with QA/QC for inspections.
• Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, manage safety briefings and report incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising fabrication yard activities in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, material handling, manpower planning and equipment management.
• Ability to work closely with planning, QA/QC and HSE teams.
