Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will own the commercial and operational performance of our remittance app in Oman, driving growth and ensuring a competitive, compliant, and customer‑centric experience. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Technology and Customer Service, you will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and manage partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted transaction volume, revenue and customer growth targets while maintaining competitive exchange rates and fees.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners and products, leading commercial negotiations and finalising agreements.
• Monitor and optimise the onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel, conduct UAT for new features and manage incident escalation.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Tech to define country‑specific requirements and run marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate MIS dashboards and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of digital operations, fintech or remittance/payments experience, with an overall 10+ years preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to negotiate and structure commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across regulatory, vendor and internal teams.

Required skills
