Document Controller (Omani Nationality)

About the role

The Document Controller is responsible for implementing and maintaining document control processes within an EPC environment. This position ensures that all project documentation is accurately captured, stored, and distributed to the right stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Copy, scan, and store documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Manage the flow of documentation across the organization.
• Log document requests and retrieve documents for employees as needed.
• Distribute controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings to staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all approved documents and drawings, including their distribution history.
• File documents in organized physical and electronic records.
• Ensure compliance with HAC Document Control, HSE, Quality, and Information Security policies.

Required profile

• Omani nationality.
• BSc degree, preferably in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years diversified experience in document control, preferably on EPC projects.
• Overseas experience is desirable.
