Drilling Material Coordinator (Offshore)

About the role

The Drilling Material Coordinator ensures seamless offshore material logistics, supporting drilling operations by managing the flow of equipment, supplies, and hazardous goods. This role works closely with offshore crews, shore‑based logistics, marine and helicopter teams to maintain efficient material movement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore material manifests, bunkering requirements, back‑load operations and equipment movements.
• Liaise with offshore teams, shore base logistics, marine, helicopter and material coordinators to guarantee smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
• Maintain accurate tracking, documentation and reconciliation of material movements, inventory records and offshore stock levels.
• Manage Dangerous Goods handling, cargo documentation and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
• Oversee material receiving, returns and verification processes to support safe and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas experience, including at least 3 years as a Drilling Material Coordinator.
• Valid OPITO BOSIET certification.
• Strong command of English for effective coordination across offshore and onshore teams.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications for reporting and documentation.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods and related cargo documentation.
