Food & Beverage Captain – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Food & Beverage Captain supports the Outlet Supervisor in delivering seamless restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service while promoting the venue and other hotel facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Supervisor to maintain smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Provide high‑quality, personalized service to guests and visitors.
• Promote the restaurant, bar, and other hotel amenities to enhance guest spend.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort F&B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized with the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
