Graduate Civil Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

Worley is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join its multidisciplinary teams in Oman. This entry‑level position is designed for fresh graduates or engineers with up to one year of experience, offering hands‑on exposure to civil engineering projects, standards, and industry practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day engineering activities such as data collection and preparation of technical documents.
• Participate in design reviews, peer checks, and assist in identifying technical issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and quality requirements are met.
• Assist procurement tasks, including preparing material specifications and reviewing vendor documents.
• Provide on‑site support during construction, commissioning, and operational phases as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to HSE and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Eligibility to work in Oman (Omani nationality required).
