Graduate Electrical Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join its multidisciplinary teams in Oman. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to electrical engineering projects, industry standards, and project execution practices while working under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day engineering activities such as data collection and preparation of technical documents.
• Participate in design reviews, peer checks, and assist in identifying technical issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and quality requirements are met.
• Assist procurement tasks, including preparing material specifications and reviewing vendor documents.
• Provide support for site activities, including construction, commissioning, and operational phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
