Groups & Events Sales Executive (Omani National)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking an Omani national to join its Sales & Marketing team as a Groups & Events Sales Executive. You will be responsible for driving group and event business, working closely with the Director of Commercial Strategy and the wider sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, develop and convert business across corporate groups, meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, weddings and social events.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, DMCs and PCOs.
• Conduct sales calls, client entertainment, site inspections and prepare proposals to position Mandarin Oriental Muscat as a preferred luxury destination.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, the MOHG Code of Conduct and relevant laws.
• Safeguard confidential guest and company information and support learning & development initiatives.

Required profile

• Omani national with proven experience in hotel groups and events sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and account‑management skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a growth attitude.
