Healthcare Business Development Consultant – Oman

About the role

Medico Hub, the healthcare division of Dakshshila Edtech, is expanding its operations across Oman and is looking for a Healthcare Business Development Consultant to generate recruitment demand, promote its staffing and software solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare organisations across Oman.
• Meet with directors, HR managers, medical directors and other decision‑makers to understand staffing needs.
• Generate recruitment requirements for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and other healthcare staff.
• Promote Medico Hub’s recruitment, staffing, third‑party payroll and AI hospital‑management software services.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations and software demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly business development targets and submit daily visit reports and weekly updates.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in healthcare business development, staffing, recruitment, medical sales or B2B sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong networking and client relationship abilities.
• Valid Oman driving licence; own vehicle preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
