IT Site Services Intern

About the role

The IT Site Services Intern will assist the IT team in delivering day‑to‑day technical support to employees. This position offers hands‑on experience with desktop, hardware, mobile and audiovisual equipment in an office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance for computer, software and mobile device issues, including password resets and basic user account support.
• Set up, configure and test laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and meeting‑room AV equipment.
• Support software installations, updates and troubleshoot common Windows and macOS problems under supervision.
• Assist with inventory tracking, device preparation for new hires and technology refresh activities.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems and hardware.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
