Loss Prevention Officer – Female Omani Only

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets at a hospitality venue in Al Mouj, Muscat. This full‑time, on‑site position requires vigilant patrols, rapid response to incidents, and thorough documentation of all security‑related events.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress, and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact emergency services as needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and manage vehicle accident or theft scenes.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
• Support guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Female Omani national.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 kg unaided.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, report unsafe conditions, and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Operating Closed‑Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring systems.
• Handling perimeter and duress alarm systems.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Use of computers and point‑of‑sale systems for incident reporting.
