Loss Prevention Officer (Omani Only)

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer will safeguard the property at Al Mouj, Muscat by monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring guest safety. This full‑time position requires a proactive approach to hazard detection and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms and fire‑life safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact EMS as needed.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies and defuse disturbances.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and loss‑prevention activity logs.
• Escort unwelcome persons and report vehicle accidents or thefts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and property documents.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Omani national.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 kg unassisted.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training and quality standards.
