Network & IT Support Engineer – Based in Jebel Sifah

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network & IT Support Engineer to design, configure and maintain the multi‑site network and IT infrastructure for Muriya’s headquarters and destination sites. The role combines hands‑on network engineering with end‑to‑end project delivery and senior escalation support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi controllers and firewalls across all sites.
• Manage routers, switches, access points, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP and VPN/remote access.
• Monitor network performance, capacity and security; maintain documentation and configuration backups.
• Plan and deliver IT infrastructure projects from scope to handover, including new‑site builds and hardware deployments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and Intune.
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V), backups and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Support VoIP/IP telephony (Cisco Call Manager) and video‑conferencing systems.
• Provide L2/L3 escalation support, mentor junior staff and uphold support standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on network engineering and IT infrastructure support.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jebel Sifah.
• Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects and coordinate vendors.
