Padel Coach

About the role

World Padel Academy (WPA) in Muscat, Oman is looking for an experienced Padel Coach to deliver professional coaching programmes for players of all ages and abilities. The coach supports player development, maintains high coaching standards and contributes to the growth of WPA's academies and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, junior and corporate coaching sessions in line with WPA standards.
• Assess players' abilities and design structured sessions matched to their objectives and needs.
• Support academies, camps, leagues, tournaments and community events.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage continued participation and long-term development.
• Identify talented players and help them progress through WPA's player pathway.
• Coordinate with venue teams on court bookings, scheduling, client feedback and operational needs.
• Promote coaching packages and programmes and support promotional activities when needed.
• Ensure sessions are safe, professional and punctual, with proper care of courts and equipment.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience coaching padel across a range of ages and ability levels.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to run structured, engaging sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and across different venues.
• A recognised padel coaching certification is preferred; candidates with a racket sports coaching background may also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Playtomic, Padelmates or similar booking and scheduling platforms.
