Productivity Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Productivity Engineer to lead digital transformation on construction and industrial sites in Muscat. The role bridges on‑site execution, client PMO leadership and our product teams to accelerate project delivery, improve safety and boost field productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Guide client stakeholders through product onboarding, build relationships and address resistance to digital tools.
• Analyse existing site workflows, identify bottlenecks and design implementation strategies to standardise digital processes across EPC projects.
• Configure software, deliver user training and deploy solutions tailored to site, PMO and head‑office needs.
• Act as the central liaison between site engineers, client project managers and internal data/product teams to resolve technical issues.
• Collect field feedback, track feature requests and collaborate with engineering teams for platform enhancements.
• Use project planning and visualisation tools to align site progress, data infrastructure and schedule targets with business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3‑8 years of hands‑on experience in industrial, energy, oil & gas or large‑scale infrastructure/EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of site‑level construction processes, EPC lifecycles and project‑controls principles.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder‑management and change‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• 3D design and visualisation tools like Navisworks and BIM.
• Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint and Visio for process mapping.
