SAP Young Professionals Training Program – Oman 2026

About the role

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free, two‑month virtual training initiative designed to equip recent graduates with the certifications and soft‑skill foundation needed to start a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimisation and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects.
• Provide functional and technical expertise to clients, ensuring successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and help develop referenceable accounts through consulting, coaching and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with SAP experts and peers in a virtual classroom environment.

Required profile

• Currently unemployed or in a part‑time/non‑permanent role unrelated to career aspirations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, Data Science or AI, graduated within the last three years with a top‑quartile GPA.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and willing to travel for an SAP‑related career.
• Full‑time availability (9 am–6 pm, Sunday‑Thursday) and reliable internet connection for virtual training.
