The position demands strong architectural and technical project expertise, with a focus on coordinating technical and project requirements, supervising site activities, and managing comprehensive technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and project requirements across architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Supervise site activities to guarantee compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of relevant experience in architectural and technical engineering, with mandatory GCC experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex technical and project requirements in a construction environment.
