About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join our multi‑cuisine restaurant in Muscat. You will be the face of our dining area, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while ensuring every guest feels welcome and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate orders.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff and serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to confirm satisfaction.
• Address questions or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow health and safety regulations and collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
