Arabic (Gulf) Quality Control Specialist – Project Lyra

About the role

We are launching Project Lyra, an AI language evaluation initiative, and need Arabic (Gulf) linguistics experts to ensure the quality of AI‑generated text. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will help refine conversational AI outputs for linguistic accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic (Gulf) text for linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify issues and rewrite responses to improve language quality.
• Develop natural prompts and responses to enrich conversational datasets.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance AI language model performance.

Required profile

• Strong academic or professional background in linguistics.
• Native or professional proficiency in Arabic (Gulf) with excellent written communication.
• Deep understanding of grammar, linguistic structures, and cultural nuances of Gulf Arabic.
• Experience in language review, evaluation, or similar roles.
• Comfort with structured tasks such as preference ranking, prompt‑response writing, grammaticality checks, and text improvement.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
