Associate Director – Sales (Oman)

About the role

The Associate Director – Sales will lead the commercial performance of AMOUAGE in its home and flagship market, Oman. Reporting to the Head of Global Retail & GM Oman, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and brand excellence across retail, wholesale, duty‑free and corporate sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Oman’s multi‑channel commercial plan, setting revenue, margin and brand health targets.
• Prioritise channel investments across Retail, Wholesale, Duty‑Free and Corporate Sales, balancing trade‑offs.
• Hold Area Sales Managers and Corporate Sales Manager accountable for commercial targets and brand standards.
• Protect and enhance Oman’s positioning as the flagship market, managing relationships with palace, government and key partners.
• Represent AMOUAGE at senior level for major events, press, VIP hosting and royal engagements.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing senior team, ensuring succession depth and a collaborative culture.
• Own commercial operating expenses, capex requests and channel investment within Group DOA.
• Approve boutique‑level decisions with material commercial impact and ensure compliance with Group policies.
• Provide strategic feedback and market intelligence to the Global Retail function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent senior commercial qualification preferred.
• 12+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail or fragrance.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing multi‑channel sales organisations.
