Concierge Agent – Guest Services (Omani Only)

About the role

The Concierge Agent provides personalized guest services at the St. Regis Al Mouj, ensuring every request is handled promptly and professionally. This full‑time position is open to Omani nationals and focuses on delivering memorable experiences for both local and international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
• Gather and share information about property amenities, local events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest issues.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Omani nationality.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to quality assurance and teamwork.
