Event Operations Specialist (Full-time, Muscat)

About the role

We are seeking an Event Operations Specialist to own the full operational execution of client events in Muscat, from planning through live delivery. This senior‑level position will lead on‑site teams, coordinate vendors and act as the operational bridge between creative, technical and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including pre‑event setup, live execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Deploy WhiteWall hardware and interactive systems on site, such as registration kiosks and engagement displays.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients and vendors on event day.
• Supervise setup and breakdown crews, resolving issues in real time.
• Coordinate closely with Technical, Creative and Commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Maintain inventory, equipment readiness and hardware fleet allocation across multiple events.
• Produce post‑event documentation, reports and operational SOPs.
• Mentor junior operations staff and drive continuous improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in event operations, event management or production.
• Based in Muscat, Oman and holder of a valid Omani driving licence.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and manage multiple concurrent events independently.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills under time pressure.
• Excellent communicator comfortable liaising with clients and senior stakeholders; fluent English, Arabic a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours according to event schedules.
