Fertility Doctor – IVF Specialist

About the role

The Fertility Doctor will provide full‑time, on‑site care at AlReem Medical Center in Muscat, focusing on evaluation and treatment of patients with fertility and reproductive health concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, take detailed medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans including IVF and ICSI.
• Perform assisted reproductive procedures such as oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer, monitor treatment progress, and coordinate care with other specialists.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and partners, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology, or Fertility Medicine.
• Board certification and professional licensure eligible for practice in Oman.
• Proven clinical experience in fertility and IVF, including diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and performance or supervision of assisted reproductive procedures.
• Strong communication, counseling, and patient‑education skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and patient safety.

Required skills

• IVF and ICSI procedures, including oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer.
• Diagnostic assessment and interpretation of reproductive health tests.
• Clinical decision‑making and evidence‑based management of reproductive and gynecologic conditions.
