Food Services Supervisor (Female)

About the role

The Food Services Supervisor (Female) ensures that the dining area operates smoothly, delivering high‑quality service to guests while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role coordinates staff, manages inventory, and upholds company standards in a busy airport‑adjacent location.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, ensuring teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall appearance, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas, enforce FIFO practices, and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inventories, stock replenishment, and requisition of supplies.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce company safety, security, and quality policies; report incidents and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous guest interactions, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold the company’s open‑door policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Muscat.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and navigate confined or elevated spaces.
