General Manager – Luxury Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead Hakkasan Muscat, a flagship venue of the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan Group. This is a high‑visibility position overseeing a luxury dining destination, responsible for delivering world‑class guest experiences while driving strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full restaurant operation, ensuring excellence in guest experience, financial performance, and team culture.
• Uphold Hakkasan Group standards for service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing management and restaurant team through coaching and continuous development.
• Drive commercial performance via strategic planning, labour management, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, brand activations, events, and business development.
• Maintain full compliance with health & safety, licensing, labour regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Previous exposure to the Middle East hospitality market is preferred.
• Strong operational and commercial acumen with a track record of managing high‑volume, complex service operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for elevated guest experiences.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
