Graphic Designer – Creative Visuals & Digital Marketing

About the role

The Graphic Designer will develop and manage visual concepts that promote Tibiaan’s products and services across multiple channels. The role aims to strengthen market presence and drive sales revenue through compelling design and effective digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create interactive and creative visual content for all company concepts.
• Design attractive social‑media posts with bilingual captions.
• Produce profiles, leaflets and other marketing collateral.
• Promote listed properties via professional portals, social media, newspapers and magazines.
• Manage paid featured ads and optimise ad credits.
• Ensure high‑quality photos, descriptions and content.
• Conduct site visits to capture quality property photographs.
• Negotiate rates for marketing tools such as banners, paid ads and boosted posts.
• Handle online digital marketing and graphic design for sales, property management and corporate branding.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a related industry.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and client‑relation abilities.
