Indirect Sales Specialist

About the role
Vodafone Oman is launching its network to support the country’s Vision 2040. The Indirect Sales Specialist will help grow and manage the dealer network, ensuring strong relationships, meeting sales targets and expanding market reach across the Sultanate.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales revenue and gross profit targets.
- Expand the dealer network by onboarding new points of sale and increasing channel partner coverage.
- Boost dealer sales performance and maintain high retention and engagement levels.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain healthy stock levels at distributors and dealer locations.
- Conduct regular product and offer training for dealers.
- Maintain well‑presented, process‑driven dealer outlets and a strong relationship between distributors and dealers.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in telecom or FMCG distribution.
- Valid Oman driving licence.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills.
