Inside Sales Executive – Sales Support

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will support DP World Logistics in growing its logistics business. Working closely with the commercial team, you will be responsible for quoting, contract management and developing relationships with SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Quote on behalf of the DP World Logistics commercial team.
• Own and execute the quote and contract process with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in acquiring new SME customers for freight, warehousing, customs brokerage and other logistics services.
• Liaise with internal departments, DP World global offices and external logistics partners to develop opportunities.
• Maintain CRM tools with timely, high‑quality updates.
• Ensure opportunities are recorded accurately and on schedule.

Required profile

• Graduate‑level professional with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service or commercial operations within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or transportation.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and quotation management processes.
• Exposure to SME customer segments and B2B sales environments is advantageous.
