Junior Legal Advisor – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to support the legal function of an international business group operating across Spain, the UAE, Oman and several African markets. Working remotely, you will assist the Lead Legal Advisor on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, gaining exposure to cross‑border legal issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Legal Advisor with day‑to‑day legal tasks and assigned projects.
• Draft, review and adapt contracts, agreements, legal letters and other corporate documents in English and Spanish.
• Support national and international corporate law matters, including company formation and compliance procedures.
• Prepare corporate documentation and facilitate company‑related processes.
• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, public authorities and international service providers.
• Help organise the group’s legal documentation and support compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree with 1‑2 years of professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong legal drafting ability in both languages.
• General knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Interest in international and cross‑border legal matters.
• Organised, proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
