Pressure Pumping Sales Manager – Oman

About the role

Join a leading well‑construction and production‑enhancement company as a Pressure Pumping Sales Manager for Oman. You will shape and execute the sales strategy across multiple product lines, driving growth and delivering innovative solutions to major oil‑national and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall sales plan for the Oman territory, covering products, services, parts, and projects.
• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, including technical, economic, logistical and financial analyses.
• Lead negotiations and secure long‑term contracts (USD 100M+ tenders) with NOC and IOC accounts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals to local conditions and answer customer queries.
• Represent Baker Hughes, ensuring high‑level account management across several service lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in oilfield services, focusing on pressure pumping, cementing, coiled tubing, production enhancement, or downhole tools.
• At least 5 years in a sales‑leadership role with major NOC/IOC accounts and proven contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multi‑year, high‑value tenders and work closely with operations and project teams.
