Reservations Agent – Full‑Time (Omani National)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at St. Regis Al Mouj, Muscat. The role involves handling all reservation enquiries, changes and cancellations while delivering a high standard of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications and cancellations received by phone, fax or email.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Accommodate and document special requests, answer questions about property facilities and room types.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and accurately input data into the reservation system.
• Code special room types (complimentary, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates, wholesale) with the correct rates.
• Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns and adhere to all company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance, support team goals and comply with quality‑assurance expectations.

Required profile

• Omani national.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
