Senior Enterprise Lifecycle Management Lead

About the role

The Senior Proficient Enterprise Lifecycle Management role leads the design and execution of Enterprise Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives. You will translate enterprise data and commercial priorities into actionable segmentation, propositions, lifecycle journeys and targeted campaigns that drive retention, engagement and revenue growth across the Enterprise Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the EBU CVM and customer lifecycle plan, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and governance.
• Convert customer, product, usage and revenue data into practical segments, insights and prioritized value opportunities.
• Design lifecycle strategies covering onboarding, adoption, cross‑sell, upsell, retention, renewal, churn prevention and win‑back.
• Develop targeted CVM propositions, offers and campaign concepts with clear eligibility rules and business rationale.
• Coordinate campaign execution across CRM, digital, sales, product, marketing, analytics, IT and customer operations.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, prepare business cases and evaluate commercial impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in CVM, customer lifecycle management, B2B marketing, commercial analytics or related areas, preferably in telecom or enterprise markets.
