Senior Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow processes, providing strategic insight to support investment decisions and board reporting. This role works closely with controllership, lenders and project teams across a multi‑entity, project‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re‑forecast cycles, maintaining 6‑8 year financial models.
• Prepare project‑level cash‑flow forecasts for development, infrastructure and hospitality assets.
• Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actual vs forecast) and monitor liquidity with rolling 12‑18 month cash‑flow forecasts.
• Support lender reporting, including LLCR, DSCR and covenant tracking.
• Develop feasibility and investment models, performing sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Produce monthly management reports, KPI dashboards and analytical inputs for board presentations.
• Assist in negotiation analysis for external funding and coordinate data accuracy with controllership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA).
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or real‑estate finance.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
