Senior Legal Counsel – Real Estate Development (Russian‑speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support our real‑estate development business. The role will provide comprehensive legal advice across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local laws and safeguarding the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate development, construction, commercial and corporate agreements.
• Advise on land acquisition, sales, regulatory matters and overall real‑estate development projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and government regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities, external law firms and internal stakeholders.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Manage disputes, claims and litigation matters.
• Support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• LLB (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, at least 5 years in a real‑estate development environment.
• Fluency in English; Russian‑speaking candidates preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters simultaneously.

• Construction contracts, including FIDIC.
