Senior Manager – Residential Services

About the role

The Senior Manager – Residential Services will lead the delivery of broadband internet, fixed‑line and television services to household customers. Reporting to the General Manager Telco, the role focuses on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and revenue growth within the Commercial Division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan aligned with organisational objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competition to generate innovative ideas.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Design sales and retention strategies based on market research.
• Collaborate with product development to create new offerings that meet evolving customer needs.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and pricing models to achieve profit targets.
• Oversee service delivery operations including installation, queries and repairs.
• Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns.
• Provide direction to the sales team and coordinate with finance, IT and legal departments.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for key products and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
