Senior Marketing Manager (Commercial)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead all branding, marketing, and product launch activities for Awasr’s residential and business broadband portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, drive product profitability, and ensure consistent brand communication across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the functional marketing strategy aligned with the overall company vision.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to define go‑to‑market plans for current and future products.
• Coordinate sales channels and ensure appropriate promotional programs for each channel.
• Own the product roadmap and revenue targets for residential and business lines.
• Provide training and enablement to sales teams on product features and value propositions.
• Maintain Awasr’s brand image, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage the marketing communications and public‑relations budget.
• Track performance against goals, report progress to CXOs, and adjust tactics as needed.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing, product management, or brand leadership within a telecom or broadband environment.
• Strong business acumen combined with the ability to translate technical concepts into market‑ready messaging.
• Excellent communication skills to work across product, sales, and executive teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of launching successful products.
