Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support Mubashir’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, convert prospects into customers, and contribute to business growth across digital, OOH, and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, partnerships, events, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Design and implement lead‑generation strategies to attract potential customers.
• Manage lead capture, qualification, follow‑up, and handover to the sales team.
• Maintain and update the lead database and track progress through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Oversee social media content, campaigns, and community engagement.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, and branded content.
• Support events, activations, partnerships, and corporate initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new lead‑generation opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, creative, and external partners to deliver campaigns.
• Ensure consistent Mubashir brand identity across all communication channels.
