Senior Mobility Marketing Lead – Consumer Segment

About the role

The Senior Mobility Marketing Lead will shape and drive the mobile postpaid and prepaid marketing strategy for the Consumer division. You will create and execute demand‑generation plans, develop segment‑based offers and promotions, and work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and senior leadership to sustain revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer‑base management strategies for prepaid and postpaid segments, targeting subscriber growth and higher customer lifetime value.
• Analyse customer behaviour, usage patterns and market trends to translate insights into actionable business initiatives and performance dashboards.
• Design 6‑12 month marketing road‑maps aligned with corporate strategy, including new product, service and promotion concepts, pricing models and business cases.
• Provide guidance for market communications, events, sponsorships and segmentation‑specific campaigns.
• Support sales enablement by creating tools, assets and training aligned to the segmentation strategy and by developing compelling demos for live or online presentations.
• Conduct market, customer and competitive intelligence to identify differentiation opportunities and produce market‑requirements documentation.
• Contribute to the annual financial plan, budgeting process and performance validation against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mobile telecommunications marketing, preferably covering both postpaid and prepaid services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute segment‑based marketing strategies and drive subscriber growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer lifecycle management and performance reporting.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
