Senior National Wholesale Manager

About the role

The Senior National Wholesale Manager will lead the development and management of AWASR’s wholesale business for Data & Voice services, both nationally and internationally. This commercial role focuses on generating revenue and gross profit while achieving cost savings through wholesale negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of the wholesale strategy, covering “buy” and “sell” sides across national and international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and service level agreements with carrier partners, ensuring favorable terms for AWASR.
• Design wholesale products, pricing models, SLAs, order forms, T&Cs and contracts in collaboration with Legal, Marketing and Product teams.
• Maintain comprehensive records of agreements, amendments, schedules, order forms, network diagrams and sales pipelines.
• Provide first‑line revenue assurance by reconciling invoices and raising disputes when necessary.
• Represent AWASR at international telecom and wholesale events, managing booths, demos and speaker slots.
• Support the VP Wholesale with business cases, strategy documents and presentations for C‑level or Board audiences.
• Participate in wholesale projects and stay current on telecom trends and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale telecom, preferably in both national and international contexts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue and profit generation.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management skills with carrier partners.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Legal, Marketing, Product and Finance teams.
• Detail‑oriented and organized record‑keeping capabilities.
