Senior Opinion Survey Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is building a pool of senior non‑key experts to support the EU DG MENA communication programme across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The Senior Opinion Survey Analyst will design and analyse quantitative and qualitative research to inform outreach and policy communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including opinion surveys and focus groups.
• Develop questionnaires, discussion guides and sampling approaches tailored to regional contexts.
• Analyse survey data and focus‑group findings to identify trends, perceptions and communication opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations and evidence‑based recommendations for DG MENA and project partners.
• Support audience segmentation and behavioural insights for communication campaigns.
• Advise on research methodology, data quality and interpretation of findings.
• Present research results to project teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in statistics, social sciences or market research.
• Fluent English.
• At least 5 years of general experience in survey/opinion research.
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience designing and analysing surveys and focus groups.
• Regional research experience is an asset.
