Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) Manager

About the role

Bondoni, Oman’s leading company formation and corporate services provider, is looking for an experienced Omani Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) Manager to join its Operations team. The role combines government liaison, compliance, and corporate services for multiple international clients operating in Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Act as authorised signatory for several clients, ensuring all government‑related obligations are met with precision and accountability.
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour cards and residency permits while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Omani Labour Law, ROP immigration rules and civil status regulations.
• Liaise with ministries and authorities such as MOL, ROP, MoCIIP, municipalities, Tax Authority and Chamber of Commerce to secure timely processing of CR amendments, OCCI renewals, licences and statutory filings.
• Oversee company licence renewals, commercial registration updates, activity amendments and document attestations.
• Coordinate onboarding government processes for expatriate employees, track visa status and support employment contracts and compliance documentation.
• Represent Bondoni in official meetings, inspections and public forums, leveraging established relationships with government officials.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to meet annual objectives, KPIs and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years senior‑level PRO or government liaison experience in Oman.
• Proven network within relevant ministries and government departments.
• Strong understanding of Omani government systems (MOL, ROP eVisa, Invest Easy, Municipality, Tax Authority, Chamber of Commerce).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably business‑related.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Valid Omani driving licence.
