Senior SAP Consultant – Integrated Supply Chain & S2P

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IM&T Senior SAP Consultant to lead Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) transformation programs for a client in Oman. The role bridges business strategy with SAP architecture, driving large‑scale implementations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and SAP IBP in asset‑intensive industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ISC transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, configure and deliver full‑lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain implementations or migrations.
• Own SAP MM functional scope, covering procurement, inventory, material master and purchasing processes.
• Implement and integrate SAP Ariba (or comparable S2P platforms) and SAP IBP solutions.
• Conduct Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, business process re‑engineering and executive stakeholder management.
• Govern material master and supply‑chain master data, integrating with third‑party systems.

Required profile

• Minimum one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration with deep SAP MM expertise.
• Proven experience leading ISC transformation programs.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba (or similar S2P tools) and SAP IBP.
• Background in upstream Oil & Gas, Energy or other heavy‑industrial sectors.
• Strong consulting and change‑management capabilities.
