Spare Parts Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a driven Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Oman. This field‑based position focuses on building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales of spare parts for heavy equipment and machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular field visits across Oman to meet customers and assess needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Recommend suitable spare‑parts solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate order processing and provide post‑sale support with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in spare parts, heavy equipment, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven experience in field sales and customer‑relationship management.
• Valid Oman driving licence and own vehicle (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
