Terminal Operator – Shiploader & Marine Operations

About the role

The Terminal Operator – Shiploader & Marine Operations is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Khasab, Oman. You will be responsible for operating ship‑loading equipment and coordinating marine terminal activities to ensure the safe and efficient handling of limestone for export.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor shiploader and related heavy equipment.
• Coordinate vessel berthing, loading and departure procedures.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot terminal assets.
• Handle material loading and unloading processes in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with marine, logistics and terminal teams to keep documentation accurate and operations smooth.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in logistics or heavy‑equipment operation preferred.
• Relevant experience in port, terminal or industrial operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment and follow safety protocols.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
