AC Technician – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for an AC Technician to join the Engineering Department of a leading hotel in Muscat. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests while ensuring the smooth operation of all air‑conditioning and related systems across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and repairs on air‑conditioning units and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest and department service requests involving climate control.
• Support the Engineering team in maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to minimise downtime and ensure guest comfort.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing air‑conditioning systems in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with non‑technical staff.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service to guests.
